「We spent 10 days at this lovely, secluded home. The house is fully furnished and has lots of space. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds, which is not always our experience at other rentals. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and the yard is lovely to sit in, especially at night with a fire going. The host was a great communicator and provided detailed information on how the house works as well as restraunts, stores, etc in the area. I recommend this rustic retreat highly.」

「This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.」
