"It's pretty much as described. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should. The hosts are responsive and helpful when asked, but otherwise we didn't even know they were around. Easy access to everything we wanted to see/do. Pool is maintained perfectly. Plenty of on-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the patio. "Rented this gorgeous home for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect! It is set up well for adults to have their own space but also wonderful and large community spaces. The highlight is definitely the gorgeous pool area, though we also thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable living room and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The property managers we absolutely fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed assistance. 10/10 and I would definitely rent again!"

"Amazing historical mid century home in the fantastic neighbourhood of twin palms. We had a relaxing weekend stay in this beautiful retro home. We swam everyday in the large pool which was visited by hummingbirds . Very well equipped home with lots of pantry staples. Highly recommend."

"I spent a wonderful long weekend in this Fern Valley house. The neighborhood is very quiet, I enjoyed listening to bird songs, the house is all surrounded by beautiful trees. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. A great living room for relaxing and reading. A full kitchen for making your own meals if you feel like it. "This rental was perfect. Backyard was so private, tranquil, and comfortable. And everything just worked - inside was somehow always just the right temp, pool and spa heat were easy to operate, beds super comfy, kitchen well equipped. And though we didn’t have to contact Tim and Catherine for anything during our stay, in our exchanges beforehand they were super helpful, and you can just tell they are good people. Would feel lucky to get to stay here again."

"Great property with plenty of room for a family of four plus a furry friend or two. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials such as cooking oil, salt and peppers, herbs and spices. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The property also has some very nice touches like a dog bed, umbrella and scarf in case you've forgotten those things. It's also conveniently located within walking distance from town."

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay.
