「The house itself is beautifully decorated, and well stocked! My young children loved running around the home exploring all the rooms and finding all the fun things there were to discover, like a jacuzzi tub (not a hot tub like the description says), puzzles, a tent, and fun outdoor games! The kitchen had everything we needed, and even had a grill with all the appropriate grilling tools. The home has nice outdoor seating, is very well laid out, clean, well stocked, close to the beach, very kid...

「Amazing location! So close to the dunes and fun restaurants, shops, and bars. There’s a great backyard for at-home hangs, too!」

「The Schoolhouse was very spacious, with ample driveway parking, a large open kitchen and family room, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and updated, roomy bathrooms. I planned this trip as a time to...

「It was wonderful stay and we had lots of privacy! We really loved the screened in porch/3 season room and spent so much time in there:) it was really nice to let our furbabies enjoy the vacation with us too!」

「Great place for the price.」

「Our family loved staying in Rivers Edge Cottage at Goldberry Farms. Julie, Eric and their entire staff were very friendly, hospitable and very responsive to our needs. The house was clean and very comfortable.」

「Lovely stay!」

「Beautiful location. Although we were there for one night there was so much to enjoy.」

「The house is very nice, but there was an odor of dog when entering the first day. We knew this was a dog friendly house, so it was not surprising but would be better if it the housekeepers would have used a carpet freshener or cleaned better before we checked in. Owners were respectful and offered to have the place cleaned again. Overall, great location and close to the beaches and local attractions.」

「Check in was very easy and convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Great place - no questions at all about how clean it is - just move your stuff in and start enjoying the place. Good location - and great restaurant within two blocks if you miss the Thistledown & Row restaurant you will have missed the best in the area. Place is quiet, comfortable we will be returning」
