All staff during our stay was extremely helpful. But, our room wasn’t entirely clean. Including mold at the top of our shower and no fan in the bathroom. Dirt still on the floor in the bathroom and tooth paste on the cabinets. The pool had a wasp problem and we had to remove ourselves. The breakfast was decent and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Just needed to be better taken Care of.

We got the suite and it was awful. Shredded curtains, wifi didn't work, phone didn't work, tv didn't work, ac didn't work. What a joke and when we got ahold of the front desk, they knew. If that was the best room, I can't imagine the rest.

An upscale man camp but I felt safe and respected. Coming from a cold region, the swimming pool and hot tub were the stars of the show in my opinion.

I was not happy with my stay at all. Will not be staying there ever again. Your system would not accept my bank card that I had been using all that day. I had to come up with $250 cash in order to check in. The door key stopped working several times. The door kept gettng stuck and was too hard to open or close. When I requested another room with a working door I was told none were available. I was unable to take the grandkids swimming because the pool was closed for cleaning the whole 4 days I was there. I couldn't wash my clothes because all the washers were broken. On the day I checked out I had to carry all my luggage a little at a time to my car because no one there could find a luggage cart that I could use. Unhappy and frustrated customer!!!
