Unsere Erkenntnisse vor Ort im Ferienhaus: Negativ: Unterkunft wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt (wir haben 130 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt!), Haus in extrem schmutzigem Zustand, Küchenausstattung (Besteck, Sieb, Pfanne usw.) fettig und schmutzig, Gläser im Schrank schmutzig (wir mussten abwaschen). alles vorher vor der Nutzung), Stromnetz nicht den Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechend, unsichere Steckdosen, alte Socke von anderen Mietern hinter einem Schrank gefunden, dicke Staubschichten unter den Schränken und Sitzen (vielleicht war das die Ursache für viele Ungeziefer im Haus) , altes Hundefutter unter dem Ofen, lose Beutel mit Rattengift in einigen Schlafzimmern (legal?), fehlende Beleuchtung (innen und außen), viele kaputte Liegen am Pool, nur 2 Sonnenschirme für 10 Personen, viele zerbrochene Steine rund um den Pool , versprochene Küchenwäsche nicht verfügbar (es gab zwei alte schmutzige Handtücher für 2 Wochen!), wir mussten das Toilettenpapier des Besitzers benutzen, aber das wurde nie geliefert, Leck im Badezimmer oben (Wasser dringt durch die Decke und auf den Teppich unten) , schmutziger Grill (den wir sauber gereinigt zurückgelassen haben). Positiv: schönes großes Schwimmbad, das zweimal gereinigt und wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Gute Abfallsammelregelung. Unsere Meinung: ein Ferienhaus, das komplett aufgeräumt und gründlich renoviert werden sollte. Nun ist der Aufenthalt aufgrund des besonders schmutzigen, heruntergekommenen Zustands innerhalb des Gebäudes besonders unangenehm. Wegen des Rattengifts und der unsicheren Steckdosen ist es für Kinder besonders gefährlich. Der Betrag für die Endreinigung wurde falsch eingezogen und wir möchten ihn zurückerhalten

mittelalterliche Anlage

Wir waren zu zweit in diesem mit Liebe reataurierten Gebäude. Das mittelalterliche Feeling kam recht gut rüber, wer allerdings auf Comfort Wert legt, ist hier falsch. Der riesige Pool tut sein übriges zum Wohlfühlerlebnis. Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit. Insgesamt für uns eine tolle Woche, zumal die Miete rund 1.100.- € betrug.
