「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many...

「Good food. Great Hotel 」

「Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome.」

「Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out」

「We came to visit hot bath of Teberias. It was close to the Hotel. The stay was fine.」

「Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. 「The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.」

「The staff help a lot but old rooms elevator is not good」

「EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice」

「很近離車站 接待很客氣 可習戰爭 沒其他旅客 不熱鬧」

「The view is pretty good and the room is also quite comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful on answering the queries. The breakfast also has quite a lot of choices. But the window frame has blocked the view for a bit and its location is not convenient if you are not driving.」
