"While the hotel is not the most luxurious all the amenities and wonderful staff make it worth a great place to stay. The location is very much in the middle of San Francisco to get around and eat and walk to nearby places. "

"I recommend everyone to book this hotel. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms. Walking distance to almost anywhere, Alcatraz meeting point, Lombard Street, Fisherman’s wharf’s, Ferries wheel. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and got our room assigned. Once we opened our room door, there was someone else staying at our room. We went back to the front and explained the situation. The lady didn’t apologize for our experience or for there error. She was very rude with the situation. Although, she did assign us to a different room but I still felt unsafe that it can occur to me."
