「Great house!」

「This property was perfect for my large group to stay for the weekend! The only category that wasn’t 5 stars was cleanliness but the house was perfect! The 4 star rating was because the Trash Bin outside was already full when we got there. This made clean up a little tricky and honestly I felt bad with the amount of trash that was collected there.」

「House was exactly what we needed, exceeded our expectations. Lena the housekeeper was AMAZING, she was finishing up as we arrived. Was super sweet and very thorough! 」

「The "Isle of View" was the perfect location for my friends and I. Situated a little more than an hour from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, we were able to visit both cities and retreat to the quiet castle at night. The resident Hemingway cat that oversaw the property was very affectionate. Bring cat treats! We will stay again. Thank you Marcus.」

「Very comfortable. I love the look; very well decorated. At times the traffic and train can be noisy.」

「This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal.」

「Fabulous restored home in quaint Ponchatoula!! It was perfect for our group of 8 guests, and we appreciated the little touches like extra water and snacks. We loved the nice beds and comfy furniture in living room. The carport was nice as well, as it was raining when we arrived! The yard and corner lot we very well kept - and the neighborhood was easy to walk around. Great family reunion trip, and perfect stay!!」

「The stay at this beautiful older home was awesome. It was Clean. It was quiet. It’s in the country where we wanted it to be. The owners were very tenant. The maintenance man. Carlos was very nice very polite very helpful. 「We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay....from breathtaking sunsets to amazing wildlife. The location was perfect for visiting Louisana....close to New Orleans and not to far from Baton Rouge... The beds and couch were extremely comfy and we loved coming home for the day and just hanging out playing pool and board games.... The host and staff were very nice and always available. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!」

「This villa is perfect to stay overnight for a wedding for event at Carter. We were so happy not to have to drive home after a wedding. Just a bed, bathroom and small fridge. Exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and everything was nice and fresh. 」
