“Should pay attention for the cleanliness of the toilet seat with brown stains, I tried to remove them but in vain.The floor is dirty too.Much debris in the bathroom and the area near window.I swept the floor by myself. Yet the whole building is quite Located in a quiet place.”

“The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏”

“Wifi is unstable as our room is at the end of the corridor. The location is convenient and the price (after discount) is very cheap compared to its location and facilities.”

“Great place to stay in Berlin. For me, this is the best location in Berlin. The studio was perfect for 2. the room modern, comfortable bed and good isolation. The staff were so friendly too. There is no reception but when we checked in, There was a staff that helped us with the check in. And our room was ready before 15:00. I would def stay there again.”

“很棒的旅館！密集頻繁bus 200 站牌就在旁邊，對面就是大公園，我們都是刻意穿過公園，再去進行當日旅程。早餐很豐富。房間很寬敞乾淨，住起來很舒服。不遠處也有tram，很方便。位在寧靜的住宅區。”

“I really enjoyed staying at the gold palais hotel. It had a nice balcony with chairs facing the courtyard. The shower was incredible. It had both an overhead faucet and a handheld faucet with good water pressure. There was a m4 tram right outside the hotel that could take you directly to Alexanderplatz. And the cleaning people cleaned my room everyday. I highly recommend this hotel.”
