「Room was clean, they are painting rooms, but not really updating the rooms. Maybe our room wasn't updated yet don't know. The lady at check in was great very friendly. The door to the outside had duck tape to keep it open, hopefully that is temporary. The stay was better than the first time we stayed. The 1st time bad odor in the hallway, that was gone this time which was an improvement.」

「The staff I experienced was overall phenomenal but the property condition was horrific. Everything was dirty and slapped together with little care for quality. The whole property outside was covered in trash and there’s a homeless camp in the back. People were sleeping in their car in the parking lot and sending their kids in to let them in the locked doors. It was a lot of money to spend on such a trashy place. The elevator not working was a major inconvenience especially since I’m disabled and...

「When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. 」
