“This was just as the description and photos described. It was a cute spacious country cottage. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for a small group or even a larger group that sleeps up to 10 people. I highly recommend this Vrbo country cottage to everyone thanks to the great host and the great visit to Farmington with being able to stay at such a nice place. It’s also located so that it’s easy to access either Park Hills or Farmington areas.”

“Workers are very friendly. Unfortunately the room itself was disappointing.Beds came unmade, not an issue. However, the sheets provided do not fit the bed.Photo of the bathroom in the listing is not the actual bathroom of the cabin. Shower was small and stained. Bathroom fan did not work. Drop ceiling in the bathroom was warped and falling.Room had significant staining on the ceiling. No deadbolt on the main door, only relying on the hotel style keycard lock. Overall. It was a place to stay.……

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Either the host is a scam or just an awful host. We booked for a Saturday night on the Friday before. We drove two hrs from home to play some golf courses in the host property area. We had not received check in instruction by noon so I started messaging the host. Never heard anything back until 30 minutes from our check in time. The host notified us that the property was booked on a different website already and they had not updated VRBO. They would not answer our calls……

“Property was beautiful. Had a issue with house not being cleaned yet when we checked in, but we were immediately set up in house next door that was cleaned and ready for rental. ”

“I reserved for my dad’s birthday in July, then a few days before the trip they said they had overbooked and couldn’t honor my reservation. They offered to give me another weekend in August, at the same rate as July even though it was their mistake.”

“I loved everything about the lake, activities, and the cabin I stayed at. My only suggestions would be to have curtains in the big windows in the front. The super bright lights from the other cabins shine right through the entire cabin. No way to hang a blanket to cover the front windows. Also, I had to use blankets to cover up the 2 exit signs above both doors that lit up the inside. It's a super small area inside and felt the light up exits only a few feet across from each other was too much,……
