Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Jahr 2020 renoviert und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einer Residenz. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf den See und der sonnigen Lage am Wasser ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz und Gartenmöbel. ++HAUSTIERE: Nur ein kleines Haustier bis maximal 40cm sind auf Anfrage erlaubt. Diese dürfen nicht in das Restaurant, nicht an den Pool und nicht in den Wellnessbereich. 5,00€ pro Tag++ Die Waschmaschine befindet sich nicht direkt in der Unterkunft, sondern in einem Gemeinschaftsbereich der Residenz. Diese kann dort gegen Gebühr genutzt werden.

Tignale. The holiday flat is located in a residence. The residence is situated in an exclusive location overlooking the beautiful Lake Garda; every day brings a new panorama and a new emotion. All our rooms and apartments enjoy all the services of the complex, a place where a wide range of needs such as relaxation, sport and family holidays can be satisfied. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. One parking space per apartment is included; the fee for an additional parking space is €7.00 per day. The garage is intended for motorcycles only.

Alle Pools stehen Ihnen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außenpool (Mitte Mai bis Mitte September in Betrieb 7 m x 15 m 1,4 m tief). Kinderpool (3 m x 3 m). Innenpool (Mitte September bis Mitte Mai nutzbar beheizbar, 8 m x 4 m, 1,4 m tief). Der Innenpool ist im Hotelbreich zu finden und ist geschlossen wenn der Außenpool funktioniert.
