  • Set within elegant chalets crafted from natural wood and stone, Résidence L'Altaviva combines modern comfort with traditional alpine character. Each apartment features a welcoming living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, internet access and a private balcony or terrace, allowing guests to soak in the mountain scenery. Options range from family-friendly layouts with bunk beds to spacious “Confort” units ideal for adults, and “Premium” apartments offering extra space, scenic views, and thoughtful touches like spa privileges and ski boot warmers.

    Perfectly situated in Tignes 1800, this residence offers convenient access to both winter slopes and summer trails. Ski enthusiasts can enjoy easy connections to the expansive Espace Killy area, while warmer months invite hiking, biking, and lakeside adventures. The heated indoor pool provides a relaxing spot after a day outdoors, while the on-site spa ensures guests can unwind in style. With pet-friendly access, four-legged companions can join in on alpine walks, snowy playtime, or leisurely hikes around the nearby lake.

    Guests will find a variety of dining options within walking distance, from hearty Savoyard specialties like fondue and raclette to casual cafés perfect for an après-ski drink. For those who prefer a cozy evening in, the apartment’s modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. In summer, local terraces come alive with fresh mountain cuisine, while winter evenings are best spent by the fire with a glass of regional wine.
