Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there.

Très belle situation de l'hôtel, à proximité immédiate des remontées, des commerces. Bonne qualité des couchages. Personnel chaleureux et à l'écoute. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué par voyages sncf. com, le parking est payant (11 € par jour).

Excellent location, small room if it's for 4 peopl

The hotel is located in front of Tuffs lift and my room had slope view, what is great for a skier. The only cons I can tell is about the size of the room. It is too small for 4 people (it was great for me, since I was alone).

Totalt vilseledande marknadsföring vid bokning. Inget av de faciliteter som utlovades fanns i verkligheten. Gratis parkering kostade 11 Euro per dag, restaurang finns ej, utomhuspool finns ej osv. Rummen är av sämsta 60-talsstandard. Stenhårda sängar. Ostädat och ofräscht. Rekommenderas ej!

Our second stay - overall a pleasing stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms functional but in need of redecoration. Lifts occasionally out of use, but fixed promptly.

arnaque internet décu trop cher

Trés décu la chambre ne correspondait pas a celle vendu sur internet pas lit double veille déco limite propre moquette sale parking payant et pas de piscine hors que le conseiller vente hotel com m avait confirmé que tout était compri 180 € la nuit c de l arnaque.
