"The Quartz hotel and spa is an amazing property. It’s located in The New City which was built for medical tourism. There are dentist for implants, plastic, surgeons, neurosurgeons etc! Just outside the hotel doors is a fabulous restaurant called Farm Fresh that has amazing meals for quarter of the price of those in California. Then outdoor area is beautiful with a lot of seating to enjoy with your friends. There’s live music daily and a beautiful bar to enjoy. The hotel has a free breakfast everyday until noon. There are specific items you can order off the menu. The Chilsquiles Con Huevo is outstanding. You get fresh juice, mini croissants and coffee or tea. For medical patients, they will bring it up to your room so you don’t have to go down to the restaurant I believe the service at this hotel compares to the Ritz. The pool and Jacuzzi area are absolutely gorgeous to lounge and relax. Spa treatments are fabulous and at a great price, I highly recommend it. The parking is underground with 24 hours security. I truly feel completely safe here. Be sure to stay at this hotel when Tijuana."

"Very clean area with easily accessible shops and entertainment. This is good unless you are a light sleeper it's pretty loud all night but it didn't bother me, just be aware."
