“The staff was very kind and professional, and the entire property and suite was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t take advantage of hardly any of the amenities, but most importantly, we slept well in a clean, very comfortable bed. They were also very cooperative with allowing us to leave our vehicle parked there all day after we checked out so we could enjoy our day Ubering around all over town and to Puerto Nuevo for lunch and shopping in Mercado……

“Excellent experience at Hotel Árbol. The hotel is very well located, and the area feels very safe, which gives great peace of mind. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bathrooms are also in excellent condition. They also have sushi restaurants on site that are delicious. The staff is very friendly and provides great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
