「My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .」

「酒店非常舊，房間內傢俬不清潔，浴室內掛牆用具鬆脫，也無人處理。所遇到的員工，態度幾好，對住客的要求，都盡量滿足。如果沒有租車，勸喻大家千萬不要租這間酒店。因為由巴士站行去酒店，一段路都是非常黑暗的。」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「We didn’t stay long (late night arrival from London and early flight) but we felt so welcome and comfortable. Very clean, warm, well-equipped room and of course we loved the beautiful Four-Poster Bed. Ancient building, nicely furnished, giving the illusion of being in deep countryside despite being only 8 minutes away from the airport on bus#3. I’ll definitely return next time I have an early flight. 」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
