"The place had everything we needed, was clean and so nice to be right on the beach with a view of Twin Rocks. The campfire is perfect to warm up at night and watch the sunset. My only feedback would be that the walls are very thin and you can hear people upstairs. I noticed this in other reviews before booking so I was aware of it. "This little unit was very clean, had a wonderful view, and management was very responsive to our needs. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! We met several of the condo owners at the complex because it was the weekend they meet and work on the place, and everyone seemed very interested in keeping the place nice. We would definitely stay again."

"The closeness to the beach is what attracted us to this property. Short walk and you are on the sand. The accommodations where clean and presentable. Not much for kitchen items (i.e. mixing bowls, cooking dishes, etc.). Unfortunatley the yard/volleyball area had too many foot poking weeds to be able to go barefoot."

"I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable."

"This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We had issues with parking as there was not a reserved spot with our unit's number. We called Vacasa their local person agreed and told us to park in a unit with 2 spots. Still uncomfortable, hopefully they will resolve for future guests. Second issue was there was an overwhelming amount of bird poop on the windows of this condo, enough that you didn't want to look out at the awesome view.
