"Good room 5 minutes from airport however very disappointed in breakfast buffet. No knowledge or accommodation for gluten free that is mandatory for me. Got sick from buffet. Asked staff for help and they had no idea what gluten free means and no gluten free bread or labels on food. Very surprising and disappointing for a global chain like the Marriott. "

"I only needed to sleep on an unexpected all night layover and didn’t use anything. All I needed was water, but they don’t have any complimentary water in the room. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"One of my best ever hotel stays. Honestly, felt like I was the first one to ever stay in the room. That is an extremely rare thing. Fantastic renovations. Room makes you feel like you’re staying inside of a movie theater. Room sparkling clean. Comfortable bed. Special “birthday cake” presentation surprise on table for Mom’s birthday. So nice. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Everyone very friendly. Location is unparalleled. Just a bit further from park entrance than Disneyland hotel…but the extra walk alongside the sea is amazing. This park has the most beautiful atmosphere of all the Disney parks. Hollywood Hotel grounds are gorgeous, lobby is fun to relax in late night after park visit, running-walking pathways nearby are incredible. Go to Inspiration Lake sometime! I’ll definitely stay again at the Hollywood!"

"Seem like more of a budget hotel on one side and a upscale on the other side. No toiletteries given except for shower gel and shampoo, no wash cloths, no shower caps. The check petson we had Kent was not pleasant and hust dismissed us. I did ask him if he was okay, maybe having a bad day but am stull a guest and shoyld be qelcomed. Apart from thise i enjoyed my stay."
