「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast.」

「Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!」

「Couldn't get a room at my usual place, so I tried this one. It was an older property, but everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and overall had a great experience. I would definitely stay again. Did not get a chance to use in room hot tub or pool, but both looked very nice.」

「Booked a room with one king bed but didn't get that. Only one room key worked and front desk clerk walked off the job so was unable to get it fixed. Breakfast bar arrangement was odd. Beds were hard but shower was nice.」

「Shower need to be re-caulked. Coffee machine at breakfast delivered half water. No hot or warm water in the morning for a shower before 7:30- 8:00. Immigrant attendant didn't answer the front desk phone and was not helpful. Could barely speak understandable English. When I inquired about no hot water, the reply was: The maintenance man doesn't come until 8:30. No more La Quinta hotels for us. Don't recommend this hotel.」

「Everything was great, except there was a constant leak in the bathroom on the floor between the stool and the sink and in front of the sink. Large puddles of water that required towels to mop them up and the lightbulb in the bathroom kept blinking after the light was left on after 30 seconds. It was reported to the front desk, but nothing was done. It was Memorial Day weekend, and it would have been difficult to find someone to fix it. It didn't spoil our stay, though.」
