Vacation home with view and access to the BalticSea and bathing lake at the rear

Our holiday home Kivika is situated on a nearly 60,000 m² property directly on the Baltic Sea. The center of Kuressaare, the island's capital, is a 12-minute drive away, and the nearest supermarket is just 9 minutes away. Cozy evenings in the sauna or by the fireplace, with views of the Baltic Sea from our over 80 m² terrace, are truly unique experiences. Our property is located in a nature reserve and borders the Baltic Sea directly at the front, while a crystal-clear bathing lake lies at the rear. At night, the starry sky is truly breathtaking. Our house has three separate bedrooms upstairs, each with its own terrace offering wonderful views all the way to the Baltic Sea. Sunsets can be beautifully observed from up there. In the living room, we have a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and everything you need. The sauna is large enough for six people. Bicycles are available for rent upon request.
