“The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!”

The freshwater pond, amazing! The food, delightful. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. The spa treatments, the lounge areas and those views all bring you tranquility. For anyone hesitant to go to the adults only nude area, being wrapped in a towel is acceptable and the amenities there are incredible; saunas, steam rooms, cold……

“Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sehr großzügig. Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Klimaanlage, Safe, Mini-Kühlschrank und genug Platz, alles zu verstauen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch ausreichend, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, in der Nähe sind der Busbahnhof (5 Minuten fußläufig), ein Discounter (2 Minuten) und das Zentrum erreicht man auch in 10……

What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei.”
