Almost perfect
House was amazing! Large houae, room for everyone. The pool was clean and had toys/floats in the garage for the kids. Basement was a nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. Jukebox didnt work but we probably wouldnt have used it much anyways. My only two complaints would be the lack of communication with the property manager, and lack of cleaning supplies. Messaged multiple times inquiring about putting a deposit down to use the spa heat, never received an invoice. As far as supplies go, there was no cleaners, all purpose, glass, stove cleaner, paper towels, sponges etc. Both disappointing instances, was unable to contact the host via the app and email questions went unanswered. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Space Coast Vacation Headquarters
Perfect spot for a month on the Space Coast. A roomy, comfy, clean, well-stocked home with fabulous pool AND spa plus fun game room. Area so easy to navigate. Top attractions: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Historic Titusville. Two thumbs up!

Family visit
Prefect place to visit my oldest son who lives in Titusville and works for NASA and my other three adult children were able to stay and have room; my grandsons enjoyed the pool and the downstairs games. Hecter is wonderful help with any concerns. Love the place and convince.

FL family vacation
Property was clean, lots of space to spread out, pool refreshing. We cooked all meals but one and kitchen had most things we needed. Sharp knives would have benefitted us. We had a couple of very minor issues upon arrival, mostly with lighting, but a very quick response remedied those in a hurry. The bedroom on the main floor does need better lighting. Overall, it was a very good experience. The quick response from owner was very much appreciated.

Loved Every Minute of the stay
We absolutely loved the house. We read a review about the upstairs being stuffy so we brought our fans and all was good. The house was perfect for what we needed -the pool was great and the teens hung out most of the time in the basement. One of my boys fixed the weight equipment. If you love vintage tile -because the house is a really great throw back to the 80's - hubs and I loved it...the title was so clean and shiny. Brought back some awesome "trapper keeper" memories. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Perfect
Perfect home for family. We had our daughter in laws baby shower to attend for the weekend and had family come in from Texas, South, North Florida and North Dakota. We were able to gather and share at the home and spend time with all our kids and parents. Not too far from our sons home. Close to beaches, central Florida and Orlando airport. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

First year adventure
This is a nice home but too big for just 2 people. We rented this home for the dog. The furniture is very comfortable and if you come with family they will love the finished basement which has a pinball machine, pool table, darts, jukebox machine, exercise area and a table and chair set. The washer and dryer were wonderful! We never used the hot tub and got in the pool only once. The host was always quick to respond to any of our concerns and sent someone out very quickly to handle things. Unfortunately, you could only stream on the TV and what turned out to be a big headache for us was we had our mail that was on hold here in Michigan forwarded to the house only to find out although in the picture it does show has a mailbox there in NOT one here. We lost about 1months worth of mail. We got to be experts backing out of the driveway,😂. Unfortunately we were called home for a medical emergency and had to leave 2 1/2 weeks early. We lost our deposit😕

PROS: The setup of the house itself was awesome! It was spacious. It is close to shopping, 95 and the 528.The couches in the TV room were so comfortable and the Wii was so much fun to use on a dreary day. (Although we did have to buy batteries for the remotes).LOVED the jukebox downstairs, but it was a little slow/ornery to play all entered songs.Started playing randomly in the middle of the night.Pool table was great! Connect 4 on the wall was good, but the bottom piece didn't always hold the chips.Lots of SPACE! CONS: Had to email/call owner to ask for AC temperature to be changed every time as there was a lock on the thermostat.This was annoying.The vents for the 3 BD and 2 BA upstairs barely blew any cool air out, even with ceiling fans, it was stuffy to sleep.A box fan or two would've been nice.The pinball machine would not work, even with quarters inserted.When asked the owner the trick to it, she did not reply.The weight machines downstairs were broken, which was super disappointing and dangerous, as the cables were all loose.The grill was great, but filthy and no cleaner to clean it (just a brush). When my husband used it, the grease/oil from it transferred onto his glasses! The entire house needs upgrading,many outlets are loose, popcorn ceiling has several cracks in different rooms,screen doors don't close in pool area and one broken,& there was a truck in the garage which surprised us a little.We did not use the pool or 'spa-pool'.

Such a lovely home and neighbourhood. Close to all amenities, the family absolutely loved our stay. Between the entertainment basement and the pool/hot tub, it was really such a enjoyable stay. Enough space that we weren’t crowded ever.

It’s Amazing!

The house was great for three families being together for a wedding event. Only two items for suggestions: 1) more hooks to hang wet towels 2) There are some house keeping items in the rental manual that would be nice to have in the listing - such as...if there are more than 2 loads of laundry, to start the linen laundry.

Glad you enjoyed your time with us. Funny you mentioned hooks to hang wet towels I just rented a home for a few days and I had the same thought there, so you're absolutely right we need more hooks. As far as the laundry it's not a requirement just a request if it works out.

Thankful!
We are from PA and our family has been traveling to FL ever since I was a kid. I have spent countless summers in Longwood where our Grandparents lived. I searched places endlessly to find a home that brought back those feelings for our family. Paradise did not disappoint! As soon as we opened the door it felt exactly how it did when we used to walk into our Grandparents house, like our second home. Everything was in pristine condition and ready for us to drop our bags and relax. The house had everything you needed for an extended stay and the outside area and pool were perfect for those mornings and afternoons with no plans. Plenty of shaded areas on the property for the dogs to have fun. Landscaping was beautiful with all the natural plants and trees and plenty of yard lizards (anole’s) to make you feel like your in a tropical paradise! Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were as friendly as can be. Host made sure there was a ton of info for things to do around the area in case you were not familiar with the area. Plenty of great food places in and around the area and property is a cool 45 mins to Orlando if your planning on doing any or all of the parks. Extra added bonus was the basement which you don't find in many Florida homes…..the pool table, pinball and darts were a family competition hit! Everything said if your looking for a home away from home to spend your vacation, Paradise is the place for you!

Great home away from home!
We arrived as the cleaning crew was leaving. The house was spotless. The home is older, very comfortable, and had all a home needs. We loved the 2 pools ( one hot, one cold), and the game room down in the basement. Lots of space and comfort. Nothing new but all in good shape. The highlight was seeing ( and feeling the rumble) of a rocket taking off right from the pool at 10 pm! Unforgettable. We would gladly go back- it felt like a home away from home!

The pool and Spa are amazing!
This place was excellent, and I do hope to return! The hot tub is massive, and you can float around in it. So relaxing! Make sure to bring your own trash bags and toilet paper. They provide some, but it’s just one roll per bathroom and two trash bags. Walmart is less than 10 min away, so it was not a big deal! The owner and manager were both really responsive and helpful with any issues we had! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Book it!!!
We absolutely loved our time at this house. The pool and hot tub were awesome!!! The basement was a huge plus we loved the jukebox and pool table. This house is so private in a super quiet neighborhood. Coffee pot is a drip/ kcup. Bring a fan if you sleep with one. Closest beach is playalinda Canaveral National seashore 20 min. There is a $20 charge for a pass for the week but it’s so worth it. The wildlife and views you will see are breath taking. You can also see one of the launch pads. Not crowded just beautiful serene atmosphere. Beware it’s an outhouse area no running water. Best sunset place is parish park. We loved stopping here if you own a jet ski, boat, paddle board, kite surf board this is the place to do it or watch it. Pier 220 is right here too for waterfront dining/bar. We loved this area. Would definitely visit again. House has an awesome owner who is so knowledgeable of the area and responds back immediately to questions. I can’t recommend this house more.

This house was perfect for our first family vacation with our toddler. There’s plenty of space and the pool is amazing. We had a great night in the basement too with pool, darts and some music. Great communication with the host as well and very helpful. Overall great spot and will def stay here again next year.

First a huge thank you to our host Denise,and her crew of people. And a special thank you to Hector and his son for working so hard to put the new fridge in so quickly!The house was immaculate ,any questions I had Denise immediately called or texted back within minutes. We were able to see a night launch from the patio and the hot tub and pool were amazing, not to mention the game room. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Minutes to everything.

We came down for a family wedding and had a wonderful time. House was perfect for us. Driveway was a bit hard to get our two rentals into but we managed. There was roofing/gutter work scheduled to be done while we were there that we were unaware of, this should be done while no one is there. They came early to get on the roof and woke up the family. Everything else was great.

There were some features that weren’t working , but nothing that would make the stay unpleasant. The property needs some work and when the owners were notified they acknowledged the problem and there was a crew there at the end of the stay to address it.

Great pool house
This house works well for a large family or group of friends. The layout is perfect for social activities. The house and furnishings are dated. Not in ways that overly detract but you will notice. The upstairs can get warm.

Spacious and entertaining.
Very spacious house, with many amenities. Plenty of room for every one, even had a pak n' play and two high chairs; which was very helpful for my littles. Very nice sized pool with all kinds of water floats available in the garage. Spa was very nice as well, the controls to operate it were old and a little confusing even with directions for the welcome book took a coupleof times to get it figured out. House was clean and comfortable. The house does need to be updated, but the owner said they are working to make updates. Denise was awesome to work with, answered all my questions and got the minor issues we had fixed right away. Overall my family would definitely come to stay again!

Pools and basement amenities are very nice. House needs some work. Screens and screen doors are broken letting bugs into pool area. The support beams on pool patio are rusted at bottom so you have to make sure kids with bare feet are careful. We did have one cockroach found upstairs the last night but owner was quick to respond that they would take care of it for future guests. Overall it was a fun stay but I would recommend the owners invest in some maintenance before things get worse.

Nice, but could use some updating
The house was nice and plenty big enough for all 7 of us. It could use a little updating though. Would have liked it better with a queen size bed instead of the 2 twins. Also we were asked to do the laundry (towels, sheets, etc.) before leaving to help out the cleaning crew. That was a little unusual. I thought that was what we paid the cleaning fee for. Overall it was a nice place and convenient to our sons wedding venue.

Great Location.
Close to Cape Canaveral beaches, Kennedy Space Center, hiking trails and lots of other attractions. The house is in the quiet neighborhood, bit outdated to call it Luxury Home. We have some water dripping to the living room during the rain. The patio and sunroom doors are very hard to operate. Some of the beds could use toppers for better night sleep. The focal point as advertised were of course hot tub and pool. We used both extensively, however be warned the cost adds up with usage. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely visit the area again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Waiting on the roofing company to put the new roof so sorry about that little inconvenience. Hope you enjoyed the large kitchen with new or updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops or the beautiful leather sectional in the family room with the hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor, and beautiful views of the Lanai and pools, with the little granite-topped wet bar in the family room is a sure to be a convenient feature that many enjoy. The huge screened enclosed pool area is definitely always a favorite. Hope to see you again soon!

We loved our stay!
We had a great time! The pool and spa were wonderful. The game room was great. We couldn’t figure out the juke box but that could have been user error. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great not to leave them with a sitter. The measuring cups in the kitchen had not been washed well but everything else was very clean. We would have started laundry the day we left to help the cleaners but there was no detergent... The location was wonderful- quiet culdesac. We would come back for sure. I don’t know what the negative review was about from a few months ago. Yes the house is older and some things need updating but everything was clean and furniture was comfy - even the beds.

Excellent accommodations! Denise was fantastic to work with, the place was clean and the pool and jacuzzi were spectacular! The location has everything you need nearby. For our group of 8 it was perfect! Almost forgot about the game room, we had fun watching the NCAA tournament and playing pool and darts! The amenities at the house had everything that is needed. Our home away from home.
We have stayed at this house for a week 3 different times. We love the pool and the spa and spend a lot of time in the very private pool area. The caretaker is wonderful and always within reach if we need him i have talked to the owner personally and she is always wanting to please and make our stay extra comfortable.
