Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Das Zimmer war gut klimatisiert, allerdings war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, besonders im Schlafzimmer. Zudem fehlte die Abdeckung der Klimaanlage, wodurch man eine stark verschmutzte Anlage sah. Die Sofas waren voller Tierhaare und Krümel. Hinter der Couch war schon lange nicht mehr gefegt worden. Die Doppelschlafcouch für unsere Kinder mussten wir selbst vorbereiten; besonders der Bettkasten müsste gereinigt werden, und die Couch war auch sehr durchgelegen. Für europäische Verhältnisse war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet: Es gab nur einen anderthalb Liter Topf und zwei kleine Pfannen, wodurch man beim Kochen einer frischen Mahlzeit improvisieren musste. Der Wasserdruck in der Küche war zudem zu gering, um vernünftig zu spülen. Für den Preis in dieser Lage hätte ich mehr erwartet. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln, die sich gut beheben lassen. ein Pluspunkt ist die Waschmaschine und der Backofen.

The rooms are very clean and very quiet. It's only 30min from Port Canaveral and close to Kennedy Space Center. There is a bikers bar next door but you won't hear it. The lady on the phone was very helpful. I will stay there again.

Not too happy about the Suprise 24 hour cancel fee. I have never experienced this in the US before. They said they would return my money if the room could be rented. They only have in total maybe 8 rooms and it was a launch day. My daughter saw the pictures and was afraid to stay there.

The furnitures are modern and the space is spacious. It feels like a converted garage. Overall, the 1-nt stay was pleasant because we just needed a convenient place by the space center. The flooring was new but felt sticky like it’s only mopped with water. There were 3 roaches found in the bathroom: 2 medium, 1 small. I leaned against the sink and one crawled on me and I didn’t notice until I felt a bite. I have never been bit by a roach before. Took pictures.

The property had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed! Our room was spotless and very tidy. Didn’t hear any road noise. Would definitely recommend this place over any high priced hotel! Looking forward to going back.

Check in was ok. Staff weet was polite. The furniture and AC in room was probably 20 years old and on its last leg. The bed pillows were 1 inch thick and felt like sleeping on cardboard. The worst part is the biker bar next door. Loud music and people yelling outside the bar till 2am was horrible. I would never recommend or stay here again. The only nice thing was the manager who recommended a great place to get dinner.

I stayed recently in the family suite. We did a few nights as we were heading to a cruise. It was a good location to the port. The place is just ok. Off the main road so it was a bit noisy. It’s also a little buggy but not too many. This was budget friendly and was ok for the few nights. There is no actual front desk type of check in. The owners live on the property so you have to call the number on the office door to check in. The room was nice overall. However one of the nights there was a situation with a female and it sounded a bit scary and it was loud and right outside my room. The situation happened in the early mornings around 330am. I was a little worried as it sounded like an agreement or the lady was getting in trouble for something. In that moment I was thinking why i didn’t book a high rise type hotel. The situation did settle down after about 30 minutes. But still worried in that moment. Overall this place was an ok location and the owner was nice. Room was cozy and nice.
