"This place is the most amazing place to stay in Victoria. I'm from Victoria and moved to Houston and always stay in hotels. But I will not be doing that ever again. The quiet and beautiful scenery, the duck ponds, the atmosphere, is all peaceful. The cabin was decorated so CUTE! Everything was provided from pots, dish ware, cooking utensils and silverware. A tv in both bedrooms with and the living room. You can't beat the price and also the proximity to downtown. I could not recommend this...

"The house is very spaces and has everything you need to cook meals. View from the back is simply amazing from morning, noon to night! the residents are all very friendly and the fishing from the bulkhead is really good so don't forget to take your rods! overall it was a 10 but, I suggest that you take ice chest for ice due to the lack of freezer space and no ice machine at the house or property."

"The Pelican House is a great location, on a quiet street and is located a few blocks from the beach. The bed is comfortable. The house has everything you need besides your food and drinks. It is clean and unless it’s foggy you have views of the water from the beautiful back porch (my favorite spot). The owners are pet friendly and the Wi-Fi is great. Love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times"

For being that the building looks a little dated from the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into your room. And they also have FREE food all day. Not just cereal and waffles in the morning but hot food plus fruits and other snacks. I hope things don't change by the time we come back. Thank you and keep doing what your doing. We had never left a tip at a hotel before but it was truly well deserved 😊✔️"
