"The house is as pictured, beautifully appointed. The owners were courteous, helpful and very pleasant to converse with. Gave us many ideas, went to a couple of the restaurants they suggested and the food was great! Matteo very helpful and was there to greet us, do a house run through and waited patiently for us on a Friday night!"

"Only a few blocks walk to great restaurants and shopping, this house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed but I’d not want to have too many people in the kitchen at one time. Pool stayed cool and refreshing even in high temps (40 C) and lots of comfortable seating was provided. Very quiet at night and the AC worked flawlessly. Would definitely return."

Our tent was extremely romantic, outdoor fire, drinks served poolside with bats swooping down to drink, all while nestled in the heart of the Yucatan jungle. "The house is not fancy but it is a good value and the neighborhood is very cool. Grab some baguettes at the panaderia by the Ermita de Santa Isabel just a couple of blocks away and get food and drinks at the Autogiro Ermita Cantina a couple of blocks past that. You won't regret it!"

"The property was great and safe. Rooms were clean. Check in was smooth. The only problem we had was check out at 4:45am was horrible. The wake up call did not happen. At check out the girl at the front desk asked for the room key which we accidently dropped behind a piece of furniture. and she was insistent on the card key. The taxi driver was waiting for us with our bags in the trunk and she insisted my husband return to find the missing card key. We had to be at the airport at 5am and she insisted on the key, we offered to pay for the card and she insisted on the key. She saw the taxi driver was ready to unload our bags, but insisted on the key. After she asked us to check our luggage and we unloaded then went through all our luggage there on the floor of the lobby she finally said we could go she didn't need the key. It was the worst check-out we have ever experienced in our travels; we are over 72 years old and may consider staying elsewhere when we travel to our home in the Yucatan."
