「This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. 」

「Excellent location. The house is huge. Way more than the 4 of us needed, but it was still a wonderful stay, with excellent views of the area. The sheep in the field next to the house werr fun to watch. Hot tub was nice and the host was super responsive. Its also very close to the Te Puia thermal wonderland, so you get to see the light show every night. I highly recommend this spot to stay.」

「We stayed as two families with two large, furry dogs over a rainy weekend and absolutely loved it. The accommodation was well appointed for two families, with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The kids had a fantastic time in the games room every night, completely unplugged from their devices. The property was secure, spacious, and very easy to manage with the dogs, thanks to a huge private backyard. Overall, a perfect spot for families and pets alike — highly recommended!」
