「The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!」

「We enjoyed our brief stay in this house. It is a beautiful home and the location is great for Rotorua's many attractions. However, it is very expensive for what it provides. While the four bedrooms meant all four of us had some space for ourselves, we expected at this price, that the beds and bedding would be more comfortable and that we wouldn't be expected to take out our own rubbish and wash dishes. More towels wouldn't have gone amiss either. But it's still a great place if you don't mind...
