"Rooms were very organized for the space. Clean and very well kept rooms/hotel. Robes and slippers provided. Great staff, very helpful to Americans. Lots of amenities, they had a small area if you forgot anything, you could pick it up free, like toothbrushes, combs etc. Close to lots of great food and shopping. "

"We had such an amazing day at the Oriental hotel Tokyo Bay. I love that they have free amenities for you to grab the welcome lounge was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The food at their restaurant was also delicious. The restaurant even gave us fatty tuna Included in the buffet. I also loved the shuttle to and from the Disney parks it made everything so convenient after a long day I didn’t have to think I just hopped on the bus and it drove us straight to the hotel. Everything about this hotel was impressive. I would 100% stay again."

"Room was wonderfully themed, cleaned and warm in winter. Staff is helpful but can be a little friendlier. Shuttle service to Disneyland and the monorail helps a lot! Would come again."

"The staff was very courteous and the hotel was beautiful. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. The only thing was when lining up to return to the hotel on the shuttle, it wasn’t clear where the beginning and the end of the line were. Maybe if there were signs for the various hotels and where the line began, that would help. Some people just started pushing their way though. "
