Great location, lots of space

Enjoyed staying here, location was good and having a bit more space than in a hotel. Plenty of kitchen appliances but could have done with a few more matching plates and glasses etc.

Wonderful apartment

This was a wonderful little apartment. Plenty of bedroom space and bathroom. The neighborhood was very cute and clean. It’s pretty close to a train station. The manager was very communicative and accommodating of our group needs.

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for our family of 5. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to several little restaurants, and also very close to a subway station. Loved it.

Best vacation home

This was out first time in Japan and we really wanted a comfortable and conveniently placed vacation home to stay in. That is exactly what we got. The house was spacious, clean, fun, and had plenty of room to fit 4 adults and all our luggage. The location was only a 5 min walk to the nearest train station and about a 2 minute walk to a 7-11. We also love that it is tucked away in a residential area in Shinjuku -- away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was very communicative and nice. I didn't see my notifications on VRBO so he sent me a text to remind me of the access codes and even offered early check in when we got to Shinjuku earlier than planned. I would recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of staying in this area and would definitely book again the next time we come.

Wonderful stay

A very nice, comfortable, well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood yet close to subways. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for the week. The property manager was very responsive to questions. My family would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with all the amenities

Very nice place with all the amenities, 8 people can sleep comfortably, only 1 full bathroom can be problematic if everyone needs a to have a shower and needs to go out quickly. location is good close to 2 metro station but not too many restaurant to choose from around. The beds are futons comfortable but a bit hard for some of us. the place was clean but the bedsheets had hair in them when we first got in maybe something that could be check for future rentals. Other than that rally nothing to complain the place is great.
