I stayed one bedroom apartment for three weeks. It is sufficiently equipped, clean, and functional. I had several problems at the beginning. - This apartment hotel does not have any reception staff on site. - You have to register online in advance for getting the property entrance door code, and the room code. You really need to make sure you have those two

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks. After overcoming various challenges, we found a 1-bedroom unit with a living area, kitchen, and washing machine, comfortable for a long stay. There are also many small restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient. Some of the challenges: 1) There is no reception staff at the hotel. 2) Communication was always difficult(in English or Japanese) .The emergency contact number we had previously requested was not immediately answered. This may be due to an issue with their reservation software. Email communication was also difficult. 3) To find out how to open the property door and your assigned room, I recommend bringing the PDF you received in advance and a printed copy of the code. It's easy once you get used to it, but it was hard at first time I tried. During our three-week stay, several guests were stranded, and I had to explain how to use it each time. 4) The Wi-Fi password is written in small letters on the wall plug near the TV. There are no instructions. I discovered it after carefully inspecting the room. 5) The TV doesn't receive terrestrial broadcasts. You have to set up Netflix, Amazon, etc., by yourself. I struggled to change the language from Portuguese to English or Japanese, so I reported this. They replaced the controller after all. 6) You can either do the cleaning yourself or pay for it. There was only a small portable vacuum cleaner, so I bought cleaning stuff by myself.

This property looked good on Expedia and so we booked it. But there was a lot weong with it. They said they had free wifi, to start off, but it was not specified that there is no wifi in the room. We had to take a cold shower The shower drainage was clogged, so standing in a pool of dirty water. The beddings had stains on them, I wonder if they were washed. The towel was literally a baby towel, never seen anything like this in my life. There were only 2 sleeping pillows, both flat my neck was in pain by the time we woke up. The 2 blue decorative pillows were nasty, you could tell they have never been washed. I could keep going, a lot was wrong and we had to find another place for the rest of the trip. We were also denied a refund which is not fair.

・部屋は写真のイメージより狭い。 ほぼベッドで占めてキャリーケースを広げて置けるスペースがなかった。 ･清潔さにかけている。 2泊してタオルの替えはしてくれない。備え付けの洗濯機で洗濯する必要あり。 タオルくらいは交換してほしい。 ・コストパフォーマンス アパートタイプの割に時期的なものか安くない 宿泊費以外に部屋のクリーニング代8,000円くらい追加される。(なので、安くはない) ・バスルームの掃除 行き届いてなくて気持ちがわるかった。自分で掃除した。バスタブに髪の毛が落ちて蛇口やバスタブが磨かれてないのは目に見えてわかったそのまま入る気にならなかった。 ・入室について メールで確認して事前登録を行ったのち入室できるが、暗証番号があってシステム分かりづらい。難なく入れるひといたらすごいとおもう

とにかく不潔でした。 部屋のあちこちに前泊者の忘れ物と思われる品々(ピアス、ヘアゴム、洋服etc…) チェックアウト後に清掃が入ったのか疑うレベルに髪の毛や埃、浴室やトイレはカビだらけ。 アメニティのタオルや寝具は臭い。 良いところを絞り出すとしたら浴室乾燥がついてる点とセブンが近くにあることかな

本当に部屋が汚かったです。お風呂もお部屋も全く掃除されておりませんでした。会社に何度も連絡しても対応していただけませんでした。タオルも何枚もあると思っていたら1枚しか用意がありませんでした。ウェブ上に乗っている写真は綺麗ですが、実際は髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、カスやほこりがたくさんおちていたり、お風呂は水垢で赤くなっています。実際泊まるとわかりますが、リネンの交換とゴミ捨てしかしてないとおもいます。お風呂の排水溝は髪の毛がたくさん詰まっており、もちろん水が流れず洗面所もシャワーも水が流れませんでした。他よりも安いためここにしましたが、絶対におすすめできません。

周囲も静かで快適に過ごせます

横浜で行われる音楽LIVEで使用させていただきました。 移動は車だったので駐車場が心配でしたが周辺に複数のコインパーキングがあり、上限金額も設定されていたので便利でした。横浜までの移動は、土日はスムーズでしたが平日は渋滞となるので、予定のある曜日によっては時間的な考慮が必要です。 建物の斜め向かいにコンビニがあるので、食料などの買い物は全く心配要りません。 3泊しましたがタオルの交換は無いので、常設している洗濯機で洗濯が必要です。乾燥機はありませんが、浴室乾燥がありタオルやちょっとした衣類も干せるようになってます。 エアコンも十分ですがフィルターの埃か付いていたので、清掃のときにチェックしてほしいと思います。 床暖房もあるので冬も快適に過ごせそうです。 オートロックと、部屋の電子ロックは、事前にメッセージで送られてくる説明書を良く見ておいて下さい。

⚫︎インターフォンの入室の仕方が難しかったす。ホストに連絡したら、すぐに返信してくれましたが、それでも難しく、入居者が教えてくれました！ ⚫︎大森駅から5分程度で、丁度いい距離です。 電車の音もほとんど聞こえませんでしたよ！静かな環境で睡眠を取れるって大事ですよね！ ⚫︎施設は、新しいです。 カーペットの匂い、ベランダに干す場所がない、端の細かい掃除が行き届いていない、キッチン道具が少ない　掃除機が吸い取りにくい　が気になりました…！ ⚫︎外国人のご利用の方が多いイメージでした！ ⚫︎周辺には、スーパーやコンビニ、中華料理屋、惣菜屋さん、百均などがあり、コンパクトで利用しやすい環境です。 ⭐︎東京のビジネスホテルに泊まるより、新しくお安く、断然、快適に過ごせました！ また、利用できたらと思います！！ ありがとうございました！

HPのGoogle mapより地図を出すと別の場所へ案内され、問い合わせしようやく部屋へ着くとクローゼットの中には大きな蜘蛛の死骸、絨毯には大量の髪の毛、ベット周りには薬のカプセル、ティッシュなど掃除が行き届いていなく、入室早々掃除するはめになった。再度清掃に入っていただいたがモヤっとする仕上がりであった。掃除にタオルを使ってしまったので、新しい物が欲しいと伝えて届けていただいたが、最初のものとは明らかに低いクオリティのタオルに大きな穴が空いていた。 ２度と宿泊したくないと思った。
