We loved staying in this well appointed boutique hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. Great location with lots of dining options and of course the famous Tsukiji fish market close by. Would love to stay again.
Staff was very accommodating and welcoming, included coffee was delicious, the room was HUGE for the price point. Only downside is that the mattresses are very firm. It was a little off putting at first, but I did get great sleep, so take what you will from that. lol the hotel is also pretty well located but in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to what you want to be close to without all of the hustle and bustle. Also, there were countless hole-in-the-wall spots of varying price points to eat within a short walk.
We had a very clean and good sized room with a laundry machine. Shower and bath were good size and room also had a separate couch area for an extra person to stay over if needed.
Very good location close to Tsukiji market and Ginza. The room was large with a separate area with the second bed.

The staff was nice and friendly. However, the room had a moldy smell, and later that night, my roommate found a cockroach near the sofa bed. The next morning, we discovered rain leaking through the window when we opened the curtains. While the photos made the place look stylish and well-decorated, the actual condition of the room showed poor maintenance that the decor couldn’t hide.
Location-wise, it’s close to Tsukiji Market and set in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station.

pros: check-in was smooth. you can leave your luggage with them (although in a room with open door that anyone can walk in). good location and vibe. room and bathroom is spacious for the price in Tokyo. big bathtub. sufficient heating and amenities. daily housekeeping.
cons: room is very dusty, some holes in walls. 2000JPY per hour for early check-in. staff are not that welcoming/friendly. no full-length mirror or beauty mirror, hard to do make up or check your outfit. bathroom has a very musty smell that sometimes goes away after housekeeping. poor ventilation, not good for drying clothes (although they have a 2-in-1 laundry machine.
Great place located just across the Tsukiji Outer Market. The hotel was quite spacious and comfortably fit our group of 3 people. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was scheduled every 2-3 days which was great for our needs. The area was super quiet and was very accessible by train or bus. Overall we loved our stay in Tokyo thanks in part to this great choice of stay, and we will definitely consider coming back on our next trip.
The room was bigger than most Tokyo rooms which we liked, and minimally designed with comfy bed. Check in was easy and friendly. Walls were thin though so could definitely hear some noise from other rooms. Good value for the price though, and great location. Would stay again here if on a budget in Tokyo.
The room is spacious and clean. For Tokyo stay, this is an excellent option. The room has a view of alley way, so virtually no views, but if you are out all day, it doesn’t matter. We used this place as a primary hotel, and left our luggage’s to travel outside of Tokyo since it was reasonably priced. No full size mirror, so we had to go outside to check out attire, Please install a full size mirror!!! Otherwise great place to stay in Tokyo! Ginza and Tsukiji has so much to do, and great restaurants!!
It was a pleasant surprise to us that the hotel was so close to the Ginza Big 6. I have only best reviews for Spatium Ginza Pony in all categories. The place spic and span. Love the 2 separate sleeping areas and washroom were separated from the toilet. The washer and dryer were convenient features on our 6th day and we needed to get clothes washed. The staff were super polite and very accommodating. My recommended Spatium to all my friends & family.

I absolutely loved my stay at Statiumginza pony!! The rooms were so clean and modern and the amount of space was such a wonderful surprise! One thing I will recommend is that there were no full length mirrors in the room. It would’ve been nice to have one by the door. Overall loved my stay and being able to walk to the fish market was a huge plus!
I stayed at Spatium Ginza Pony for four nights. The property has only 12 units, 3 per floor. It only opened in 2024 so the rooms were still kept clean and felt new. There are free amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush to take at the lobby.
The location may be away from the city area but Tsukiji train station is only five minutes away. On days that we didn’t feel like changing lines or walking, cab ride from Ginza is less than ¥1000 (tip: take the low cost bus to Ginza, cross the road to take a cab directly to the hotel). It was easy to get to Disneyland as well.
The area felt safe and quiet. There are multiple konbini and we brought our food back to eat at the lobby. Other than 1 other family, we did not see anyone else although the hotel was full. I sent items beforehand and it was well received. I provided some feedback on cleaning especially the bathroom area where the white Daiso sponge would have taken care of the build up - we wondered if it was part of the raw hotel deco!
Great place. Good spacious sized room with good facilities (including washer and dryer combo). Nice quiet location. Cool art. Nice staff. Close to fish markets and Ginza by walking. A little far from other areas and not as many late night dinner options nearby, but not an issue just have to travel a little and plan. Recommended.

The staff is extremely helpful. Ventilation in the bath room is not quite adequate
Hotel is a great find. It is cosy in a quiet area. The room is spacious and clean. Huge washroom area with Separate bathtub plus shower and toilet which is rare in Tokyo. The inroom washing machine is a plus! Sofa bed is a bit hard so it will be great if a futon or mattress can be laid on top instead of just a bedsheet. Hotel is less than 5 min walk to tsukiji subway station. There is a cafe at the lobby and hotel guests can get free Barista coffee. The coffee was v good. Staff are friendly and helpful. They allow left luggage which are placed at a corner of the lobby instead of secured area, but we always see a staff at the reception. We will definite choose this hotel again.
The room is spacious for 3 pax though the double bed can sleep 2 and there's sofa bed for additional pax. Surronding is quiet. Walking distance to Tsukiji station and Ginza. The shower room ventilation is not so good as the floor is still quite wet the next morning. If air purifier can be provided for the room wd be great. The aircon vent is quite dusty and abit noisy. They also provide change of towels daily.
Overall, the deco is nice and modern. The staff is friendly too.

It is a nice and convenient stay if your goal is to stay close to Tsukiji Fish Market. We enjoyed being able to wake up and walk there early mornings to enjoy all the food before everyone else. Walking distance to Ginza for shopping and metro stations only a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious for being in Tokyo and close to Ginza. A great benefit to have washer and dryer in room but that’s about it as far as what the property offers.
There’s a barista on property if you want something fast and not have to travel. ONLY ONE complementary drink the entire stay no matter how long your stay is. Which was silly considering it cost nothing to make. Party must redeem together because they check it off your room key.
Now on to things they can improve. I read that there’s poor ventilation in the rooms and I agree! Investing in a dehumidifier would help. Saw a lot of windows propped open because of this. The AC was weak and only blew out cold air once our entire stay. The rest of the time was just warm air. Thank goodness it was cooler weather outside or this would have been a big problem. We didn’t want to switch hotels considering how most places are already booked out and the cost to move to another hotel last minute doesn’t fit our budget. They only had one small round vanity mirror for the entire room. Weird to have washer and dryer but no full length mirror. No lotion provided in room either. Been to other budget hotels and even they offer better amenities.
