Great neighborhood location about 8 minute walk from the train station. It's on the third floor, without elevator, and the room reminds you of a college dorm. But it's very quite and you'll have all you need for a comfortable stay in the outskirts of Tokyo. I would definitely stay there again but it's not for everyone. If you can't walk up stairs, or need lots of space, or want to be in the middle of the action, or very near a train station...this is not for you. But if you look for the opposite, it's a great option.
