「When we got to the room, there was no remote for the TV. We went to the front desk to get a remote and tell them that the handle to the cabinet broke off. The day shift clerk gave us a new TV remote but it didnt work. They said they would bring a new remote to our room. When they came to the door they knocked but then tried to come in,even though we were not decent. We were changing. That remote didnt work either so they brought a new TV to the room. The remote didnt work with that TV and they...

「After we checked in, I went to take a shower after a long drive and there was a giant hair ball in the drain, and the shower wouldnt drain, and there were a pair of women's underwear behind the toilet, and the sink in our room was leaking all over the floor, and the staff were helpful, by bringing me a broom but did not offer us a different room, nor did they offer to help clean it up, had to do it myself, definitely not happy for over 100 dollars a night. Will most definitely not be coming back...
