My stay was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful in every way. I was impressed with the charm of the hotel and its uniqueness. I also found the sparkling wine in the lobby (help yourself) whenever you'd like, to be a wonderful touch. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others when visiting Toledo.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and we were worried about the parking situation but it wasn’t too bad. We parked in one of the Indigo parking lots and then took a cab. Do not try to drive into the town, streets are very narrow but the locals drive through with no problem. They drop you off right by the entrance. You do have to take your luggage down a small incline to hotel but it really is not bad. Once you get there it’s very worth it. Hotel is right in the heart of Toledo. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is also good if you rather do that. We ate one day out and the day we were leaving had the hotel breakfast. I’ll post pics so you can see the incline of hotel.
