Extended Stay America Tolland hotels

"Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it"

"I reserved the room through Expedia ten minutes before my arrival, but it took nearly an hour for hotel staff to receive the reservation. In the interval, the room I requested was given to a walk-in customer. The staff blamed Expedia's reservation system, but I knew the reservation had been sent to Hilton because I got a partial reservation number. The staff was unsympathetic with my frustration (it was midnight) and advised me next time not to book through a third party. I asked for Hilton's central phone number; the staff ignored my request. The room we eventually got was fine -- spacious, clean and well-lit -- but the price was over $300. Parking was available in an adjacent building, but also more expensive than I would have expected."

"The hotel and the room were wonderful, Luis the maintenance person was very pleasant and very helpful with the AC and TV in the room. He was nice and offered his services to us. The front desk staff named Jasmine was very rude and very mean tone with an attitude. Was not helpful when asked where we can order food from."

"My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. "

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was well decorated with a large bathroom. The only negative was that some of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - a little unusual for a casino. "

"This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!"
