「No hot water in the shower. Toilet tank was brown and disgusting and there was no cover for the tank.Toilet bowl was also very dirty. Fire alarm was not connected.」

「Older hotel that needs serious renovation. The rooms are Texas size, which is nice. The shower was very easy to use, although I wish it was a walk-in shower rather than a tub-shower combo. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, especially when telling me about popular restaurants in Mabank and Gun Barrel City. 「Family owned motel. Very friendly. Bathroom could use up dating.」

「100% perfecto」

「Second time in this hotel would recommend my colleague to stay here」

「Rooms are old. I was told to get a safer room I had to pay $15 extra which was an access door to inside the property and a outside door access. My cousin was charged $10 extra dollars a night because he had a new coffee pot in his room. The pillows are old and flat. The towels, soaps, and wash cloths were inadequate and the bedding is old. The carpet is very old and felt dirty.」

「Pictures very out dated damages to furniture etc… mouse traps everywhere that we weren’t told about especially with bringing dogs.」
