"Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels. Room was clean and had a large refrigerator it had a microwave as well. Pool area was nice plenty of seating and had great hours. Location is convenient, there are several restaurants nearby. Landscaping around the property was well done. "

"My family and I loved our recent stay at Tru by Hilton in Jackson. The property was conveniently located near several restaurant and shopping options. It is also close to the major expressway in Jackson. The free breakfast was sufficient with options to satisfy our hunger. The property is tastefully decorated, and the rooms, as well as the hallways and lobby, are clean and well kept. The staff were very professional and helpful. If traveling to and through the area again, we would definitely return to Tru by Hilton - Jackson."

"The gentleman in the lobby was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in it which was really nice. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggage with us at the time. We brought our puppy with us, and there was a lot of traffic outside of the room up and down the stairs, which made it a little difficult to keep her quiet but after dark, it slowed down and all was good. "

"We chose the Comfort Suites in Jackson based on the excellent reviews on Hotels.com, and we found them to be accurate. It was our last stop on a weeklong road trip through the Southeast on our way back home to Northwest Arkansas. Along with being a great value, the property was conveniently located, clean, quiet and inviting. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a full-sized sofa, and a large TV. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only critique is that the sitting area lacked a coffee table, but that didn't negatively impact our experience. We didn't have breakfast, but they did offer a full spread. We also noticed that they hosted a free happy hour with a two-drink allotment per person, which we thought was a nice touch. It was our first time staying at a Comfort Suites, and we would definitely return."
