It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. The unit is clean and functional. Great access to the beach--steps away.Great access to shops, restaurants, and everything else.”

“the inside space was clean and tidy. check-in was easy and directions were clear. owners were kind and there were no major issues. the kitchen was stocked with appliances (though many seemed to have not been used or cleaned in awhile). overall very nice. we did feel, however, that the outside was slightly misrepresented in that there was no private outdoor space for us - the lovely patio is shared with the owners and feels very much like you are in their space. we had been hoping for a place……

“This is our 2nd stay. We brought my mother in law to stay with us. We loved our welcome package, which happened to be some of our favorite snacks. Our stay was amazing to say the least. Very quiet, safe beautiful little Bungaloo. We loved watching the squirrels and cats being friends in the beautiful trees and plats. Everything you need, it is available. Plenty towels for bathing and the ocean, a small icechest, chairs, shampoo, conditioner, blowdryer, full washer and dryer. The location is……

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is great and feels very safe, with everything easily accessible. The host was very attentive and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the large bathroom, excellent WiFi, and the well-stocked kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, and coffee machine. Everything we needed was there – highly recommended!”

“Me and my friends had an amazing stay this past weekend! Peter and Amanda were super helpful and thorough with the check-in instructions, very accommodating when we needed to add an extra guest, and great with communication overall. The place itself was very clean, beautifully decorated with a subtle NYC-inspired touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The space felt roomy, offered a great view of the city, and was in a perfect spot as it is walking distance from plenty of restaurants……
