“Kitchen sink needs fixing; internet a bit spotty (I was pushed off a few times); nail in bathroom threshold needs fixing. I’d suggest more that one hand towel for 2 people staying 3 nights.Neighborhood great; street fairly quiet; good space for what we were in Boston to do. Pretty much as advertised.”

“Great property to stay with proximity to everything you need, and a safe neighborhood to walk all times of the day. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spacious and had a nice kitchen to prepare meals. I would recommend to all considering a stay in East Boston!”

“Not the nicest area ever, but it was fine. Felt a little run down going in from outside, up the elevator, and to the apartment. But once inside, it was comfortable, clean, spacious, and sufficient for my need. I just needed a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for work. The air conditioning was extremely loud but it was like white noise and blocked out the city noises. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, considering it was lower cost than most other options. I would stay there again if……

“Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap.”

“The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! The geese greeting us each morning were adorable All in all it was a great stay, the hosts were responsive, and it was a great place to stay for our Halloween trip to Salem.”

“The room was great, for what little time we spent in it, it was a really cozy place. The bed was huge, and really comfortable, I loved how much light the place got as well, with the windows. We were slightly off put by the pictures of the place with how incredibly beige the place looked, but I can assure you it looks way better in person lol. The location is great as well, I've never been to a city this walkable, so I'm glad we picked somewhere right in the middle of it, almost every direction……

“Carol was such a great host. She was so welcoming and helped with check in and out process. The place was very clean and tidy. The biscuits and tea were a really nice touch. I highly recommend carols place very close to shops and restraunts.”

“The property needs basic repairs, privacy blinds, electric outlets and doors . Cabinets, drawers and hidden underneath furnitures need cleaning. Pet friendly.”
