Staff at front desk is not professional. We have to go back to them 3 times so we could get the room we book. Room is very small and the air in the room is so bad, no circulation at all. The worst experience for me in Holiday Inn.

Expensive Breakfast
Clearly state the special request during booking, however with a consecutive booking of five nights stay from Sept 9-14 of which four days I chose with breakfast package. In the last morning I invited two friends to the hotel coffee shop to join me for breakfast, the hotel charged me CAD24.50 plus tax per head! They said it was hot breakfast but there was no omelette served, and when I asked for a cappuccino which I had for the past four days, they said it was not included, I really felt doubt about it. The breakfast was so so but this price could be a proper meal in a decent restaurant for lunch or even dinner in small restaurants. I am a member of the Hotel group but hardly get any upgrade nor free breakfast for a cumulative stay of 10 nights within a year !
