雖然在酒店附近的酒店相比價錢比較平,但真的一分錢一分貨!我一個星期之內入住過兩次,我選擇同一間房就是看他們有沒有修理好廁所座廁板?發覺完全冇跟進! 其他地方也很骯髒 !
第一次入住已經告訴他們座廁版要維修,當我第二次入住選擇同一間房還是這樣!
入門口便望到在當眼處不知是什麼?是否血跡?
房間一面鏡不知他們噴了什麼清潔?我用酒精也抹不去。

I was the one dealing with you when you checked out had an emergency i refunded you your deposit immediately but the reservation was through third party website and it was non-refundable also we must have considered something if you wanted to cancel before check in but after check in there are no refunds but you still can talk to Expedia if they could help you out but as i mentioned earlier there are no refunds for non refundable reservation .

For what it is, which is a convenient, cheap motel, this place doesn't have any flaws. The staff is always helpful. There's never any problems anytime I've stayed. It certainly not family motel or a five star final thought for me to go and stay before I get on the plane it's perfect.

The bathroom was filling up with the smell of cigarette smoke every day. When I checked out, I explained this to the member of staff, but he still accused me of smoking and lying about it, without considering the fact that there is an interconnected ventilation system. Only after pleading my innocence, and explaining that I neither drink nor smoke, did he agree to return my deposit. What a strange experience, and certainly my last one at Super 8.

Arrivée à 1h du matin suite à un vol de correspondance cancellé, accueilli par un commis d’une arrogance comme j’en ai rarement vu. Il a tout de suite constaté qu’il y avait une erreur de date à ma réservation fait 30 minutes plus tôt, il a immédiatement poursuivi: « appelez Expedia, ils vont m’appeler mais je refuserai la modification. » Il m’a donc fait payer une seconde nuitée pour me donner accès à ma chambre si salle que j’ai dormi avec mes vêtements. Un couvre-lit taché de blanc séché (if you know, you know), des poils dans les serviettes, une vieille odeur de cigarette masqué par du patchouli, et j’en passe. Bref, j’aurais dû dormir sur les bancs de l’aéroport. Ça m’aurait évité de payer 300$ pour un motel insalubre et j’aurais été mieux traitée. **J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle d’Expedia; ils ont contacté l’hôtel et le même Commis leur a effectivement refusé toute modifications à ma réservation.

The room itself was not great: the bathroom was old and stained, the towels were not all clean, the pillows were flat, the couch was vinyl and the coffee was terrible, but the worst was the noise. I had to put my headphones in to sleep and it was just a combination of all these aspects that made this a terrible stay. I will say the staff was kind.
