The unit has its own private entrance, located at the glass door in the backyard, separate from any other spaces on the property. You will have full access to all areas of the unit, including the open-concept living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, and private backyard. For your convenience, there is dedicated parking available on-site, as well as easy access to nearby parks and public transportation.
Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, this home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Long-Term Winter Stays (28 Days or More): • Guests staying 28 days or more during the winter months are responsible for managing their garbage disposal, including taking bins to and from the curb on collection days. Winter Maintenance for Long-Term Guests (28 Days or More)

4. No smoking: This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vapes. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.
6. Occupancy Limit: Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
7. No moving furniture: Please do not rearrange or move any furniture during your stay.
8. Respect quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. Energy and Resource Use
9. Energy Conservation: We kindly ask that you use water and electricity mindfully to help us conserve resources. Usage is allocated as 60% for upstairs and 40% for downstairs guests. Excessive usage beyond the included allowance will be charged proportionally. Waste Management
10. Trash Disposal:
• During your stay, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly and sorted according to local recycling and composting regulations.
• Use the appropriate bins provided for garbage, recycling, and compost. If you’re unsure, please refer to the waste sorting guide in the house manual.
• Guests will take turns weekly with upstairs tenants to manage garbage bins. Failure to comply may result in fines. Winter Maintenance for Long-Term Guests (28 Days or More)
