Great location, great room with all the amenities you could ask for, including a gym. Parking was simple (though not included), but just be aware that WiFi is not included. Delivers on what is advertised!

It is so conveniently located. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and the communication on how to check in and out was really clear. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay at Lavish Suites! The location was fabulous, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable, the building was safe and correspondence with the host was perfect. We would highly recommend this suite to others and would gladly stay there again!

This property was in the heart of the area we were hoping to be in but the room itself was very very small, the photos do not do it justice. And there is no balcony just a door that opens to outside. The oven was unusable and started smoking when it opened and set off the fire alarm. Bed not super comfortable either. The location was great, the elevators didn’t take too long and it was relatively clean. The tv worked and had streaming services and there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

My studio was great. Clean, spacious for 1-2 people, washer/dryer and simple kitchen. My only complaint was the elevators. Expect to spend 5-10 minutes waiting, boarding and riding the elevator. Packed and only one working most days. If you can tolerate that it’s a great location and comfy bed!

Location was good for our travel purposes. Clean on arrival. Safe with security at entrance. Parking should be included in the price and not so convoluted in how to access it. Charged extra for parking but had to park at adjacent, more accessible lot on arrival and paid for that too due to not having initial access to the property. Functional, average sized space with standard amenities/accommodation, slightly overstated given the “lavish suite” advertising moniker.

We had an issue with the place bot being cleaned after the last guest. Bed not changed, dirty towels, garbage full. BUT the owner was excellent about meeting our needs, offered to send someone right away to clean. As it was night time we cleaned it ourselves and fortunately had our own towels. Excellent service from the owner and when we had an issue finding parking he addressed it right away and directed us to parking. Would definitely recommend this place. Excellent location

Property is in an excellent location in the heart of Toronto. Condo very basic. Lacking essentials like kitchen tea towels, dishcloths, coffee pot or kettle. When we arrived there was wet laundry in the washer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to wear shoes in the condo as the floors were not clean. No cable TV or tourist info present. Condo has the potential to be a fabulous destination.
