Nice spot right in the heart of downtown Toronto! A little pricey but would definitely stay there again. Final registration to receive the keys and property instructions was a bit of a process, but not insurmountable.

Great property, outstanding location. Secure and safe, directly across from the CN tower, aquarium and other attractions. Wonderful views from the unit. Only drawback was the elevators. Entire building only have a few elevators and the wait time can be extremely long not to mention, hitting all the floors on the way down or on the way up. Very frustrating experience. Otherwise wonderful experience.

Location, location, location was great for the Jays games. Room was dirty, broken and run down. Elevators were soooo slow. 35 minute wait at a busy time. Plan ahead. They stranded some folks. Lost their booking. We really needed to persist to get ours.

Self check in and contacting the property initially to request if early check in was an option was challenging. No one was able to confirm or not (despite multiple attempts to contact over 2 days prior) so we showed up 2 hours early and no keys at the desk. Not the end of the world but would have helped with planning if we knew one way or another. Once we were able to get in, it was great. Location is perfect for a baseball weekend, so close to Roger’s Centre. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sofa bed could use an upgrade but for 3 nights, it was do-able. Overall, would recommend and we will return!

Elevators were terrible. The pull out couch was broken so we had 2 kids that slept on the floor. Location and View was great but glad we only stayed one night.

Do not stay here! Upon arrival we were told at the reception that they did not have a confirmation. We were given a phone number to call and could not get anyone to answer. A chatbot kept sending me a link they did not work. Eventually i left and had to pay for hotel rooms at another “location. I work in the travel industry and have never had such a horrible experience

Great Stay in Downtown Toronto! The check-in guide provided by the host was super detailed and easy to follow, making the process seamless. The location is unbeatable, literally just a street away from the CN Tower. The apartment itself was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, with fantastic city views from the high floor. The only minor downside was that the building gets quite busy with tourists, so waiting for the elevator can take a bit of time during peak hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Beautiful unit and the apartment itself surpassed all expectations. The challenge was with the checkin. It wasn’t until checking in that we were told I had to call a number then to be told to make a security deposit on the spot. The listing said a crib was available. It was not. The listing said parking could be arranged. When we inquired in the height restrictions we were told conflicting information. It wasn’t until we were onsite that we could see it was sufficient and then we were told it wasn’t available. The fire alarm went off three times in our one night stay.

Very nice studio suite w/ full amenities kitchen. 10-15 min. walk to Rogers Stadium. Suite was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a very nice 5 night stay in downtown Toronto. Very good value for the price. We would stay again.

They were really nice but the condo needs some serious updates. The fridge didn’t close properly, the handle for under the sink was hanging, the dishwasher was very squeaky. A lot of hair from other guests. It wasn’t clean. I also couldn’t turn the heat down which was annoying. There was no instructions for the lights which I ended up figuring out. No small towels and no face cloths. A bar of soap would have been nice. Also no blender. I looked everywhere! A jug with water for arrival or some water. Not that tap crap is a nice gesture since we pay a fortune!

While the actual room was nice and the price was fine. However during checking the parking instructions were not clear and required extra time and effort to just park where we paid to park. Then the instructions to our room had mislabeled what elevator we needed to take plus when we get the right set of elevators 2 of the 3 we're out of commission causing a long wait. Finally the room was mislabeled and the couch did not fold out as expected. The location itself is great but the many complications made this stay frustrating.
