🛏️ Missing or Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items:
Bath Towel: $20
Hand Towel: $10
Washcloth: $5
Stained Bedding: $100 per item
🗑️ Excessive Garbage: A $50 fee may be charged for excessive garbage left behind.
🧼 Additional Cleaning: Charged at $35/hour for extra cleaning or stain removal. If professional cleaning is required, additional charges may apply.

For stays of 28 days or longer, guests are required to sign a medium-term
rental agreement before check-in. This confirms:
The stay is for business or vacation purposes, not a primary residence.

There is no landlord-tenant relationship and no tenancy rights.
Guests must vacate the property on the agreed check-out date.
Guests agree to follow house rules, maintain the space, and notify the host of issues.
The stay may be terminated if terms are violated or disruptive behavior occurs.
Guests release the host from liability for personal loss and agree to cover any damages caused.
