The property sleeps ten guests across three large double bedrooms (two en suites), a twin room & a bunk room. A Grade II listed home with a large kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, four bathrooms, and a secluded walled garden with a BBQ. The house is situated is seconds from the sea and ideally suited for the perfect baby and pet-friendly vacation. You will find two paddleboards and two kayaks in the garden, free for our guests to use, during your stay.This grade II listed property with garden is a relaxing, luxurious home away from home situated in SE Cornwall in the heart of Cawsand. A further twin room with a lovely feature fireplaceA bunk room with bunk beds overlooks the bay.Arrive to a chilled bottle of welcome champagne, welcome basket with fresh scones, flowers and coastal magazines all provided for your on arrival.Situated in a prominent position in the center of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone's throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beaches.The narrow streets of Kingsand and Cawsand do not allow for private parking however there is a large passing bay outside our neighbor's property where you can unload. Kingsand parking lot is less than 25m away and cars can be parked at the top of the village for free.Additional InformationClean linens and towels will be provided within the total price.(please bring your own beach towels)The property has Wi-Fi.Two well-behaved dogs are allowed with an additional fee $49 per dog per week.Two free kayaks & paddleboards for guest use.Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.
