St Matthias Lodge - Delightful 2 bed cottage

St Matthias Lodge is a unique cottage style property in the heart of Wellswood village.
The property has off road parking and consists of a master bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, drawer storage and wash basin. The second bedroom is ideal for a child or granny and has a single bed, small chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. There is a kitchen/lounge area with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge is tastefully decorated and has a wood burner for our guests use. A selection of books, dvds and board games are provided, Sky TV is available alongside Free WiFi for our guests.
The luxury bathroom has a toilet, basin with shaver point, walk-in rainfall shower and full size bath. The property is fitted with carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detection. There is gas central heating throughout. We are able to provide a high chair and travel cot.
All bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are provided (please do not take our bath towels to the beach).We have decorated and furnished this property to a high standard and hope that you like it.

We love our new cottage to share with you. In recent years it has had a new driveway and a decking area with a motorised sun protection awning;

Please take care when driving in or out of the property - we recommend that you reverse into the driveway
The property is no smoking throughout and we do not accept dogs of any type (sorry but it was a hard decision we had to make)
