We have a lovely, sunny family space for you and your family or two families in fact. Your guests and you can walk to either the back or front-beach, to surf the waves, swim, or relax on the beach. You are a short walk to restaurants & shops when you stay at our centrally located beach house in old Torquay.
The house is close to beaches, shops and restaurants, so just park the car and relax, you no longer need to drive if you don't wish to. The beach house has a lovely north-west aspect, so plenty of sun. The house is fully airconditioned and heated. It has four bedrooms (two with queen-size beds & two with double beds + one bunk) and two bathrooms. This combined with the indoor and outdoor living areas, provides ample room to spread out, light a fire, cook on the BBQ, relax and read, play table tennis or play board games. Enjoy a walk along the cliff top to the Jan Juc, Bells Beach and other surf beaches to the south or walk the along the beach to Point Impossible to the north.
The kitchen table can be extended to sit 10 people easily. The BBQ and kitchen are well suited for cooking up a storm. If more dining chairs are required just let me know.
We love the proximity to the beach, to Bell St. Restaurants & takeaways. Munday Street is one of old Torquay Streets, close enough to the beach, but not so close as to be interrupted by cars driving along the main roads and streets adjacent to the beach. We also enjoy walking the cliff tops to Bird Rock and beyond to Bells Beach or North to Whites Beach for a coffee at the Salty Dog!
The property is a stand alone house, newly renovated and added on to with new open-plan Kitchen, Dining and TV area plus Al Fresco patio at the rear of the property.
