「很好的一家小酒店。就在Santa Monica海滩边上，很安静，可以步行到海滩。也可以骑酒店的自行车，沿着海滩上的自行车道直奔Venice海滩，感觉非常不错。酒店服务人员很热情，让人有宾至如归的感觉。早餐品种不是很丰富，但该有的东西都在。如果逛街或是shopping 的话，需要开车或打车。」

「A super clean and quiet apartment with a prime location in Santa Monica, in walking distance of so many different places to visit, eat at, grab a drink at etc. 」

「Great accommodation - clean and modern; easy and quick communication with landlord; only thing to mention is that windows are towards a big intersection which causes some noise, especially early mornings and light sleepers (like 1 of my children and husband) regularly awoke due to the noise; other than that, nice stay!」

「I really enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants. It felt like a safe building with lots of young professionals in it. It had a nice study area where I could work remotely. It also had air conditioning so was very comfortable even on the hot days. I loved being locked in to the courtyard and the parking garage immediately so I could take my time getting up to the apartment and I felt very safe. The location is right next to buses and Metro and four short blocks to the beach/pier.」

「The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. 」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
