L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. L’ospitalità di Claudio merita menzione per l’attenzione, la cordialità e la disponibilità che ci ha mostrato all’arrivo e alla partenza. Nota positiva anche alla colazione per la genuinità delle materie prime. Alla prossima volta a Paciano non ci saranno dubbi sulla scelta dell’albergo!」

「Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「A dona da pousada e sua filha foram maravilhosas. Nós tivemos um imprevisto no trânsito e chegamos fora do horário mas elas entenderam a situação e nos acolheram como se fôssemos de sua família. A pousada é muito lindinha. Quarto cheiroso, limpo. Cama confortável e roupa de cama e banho bem macias. Chuveiro bem quente, delicioso. Estacionamento seguro! Lugar silencioso é ótimo! 「We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! 」

「Great accommodation & excellent position for walking to old town and restaurants. The lake was a short stroll away. The manager, Stefano, was excellent with helpful ideas for trips in the area. Breakfast with Gluten Free availability was perfect.」

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. 「Absolutely wonderful here. I had a pleasant stay of one night. The hotel host and all the staff I encountered here are friendly and welcoming. It is a relatively small property. But it offers personal hospitality that reminds me of why I love Italy! The owner even helped me move my car upon my request. 」

「Nice quiet hotel even though on the main street of the castle area. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the price was a bargain. The room was quite small but there is a common area where we could hang out a couple of times. Parking is by the hour in the nearby area so recommend you get the parking app, which was also useful in other towns. 」
