“Location is wonderful in the old town, with coffee and pastry shop next door - was open at 8am. Quirky with everything you need in a small but lovely room with fridge and TV and en-suite shower room. Well decorated and clean. Only suggestion for hotel would be hooks to hang the towels in the room we were in.”

“Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”

“The hotel is unique in it's setting and perfectly situated for visiting the old town and beaches. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms large and very well equipped. The staff are very polite and helpful. Great choice of breakfast food and drink. Would definitely stay again.”

“The breakfast was fresh and a large variety for the two mornings we were there. Eggs, sliced meats, cheese, fruit, bread. The snacks in the refrigerator in the room were for purchase, not free. Be aware. I was not. ”

“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel.”
